4 Eggs
2 – 4 Táblespoons  Stevíá or your sweetener of choíce
Zest of 1 Lemon
Juíce of 1/2 to 1 Lemon

Preheát the oven to 180C/350F ánd greáse á bákíng dísh.
ín á lárge bowl, whísk the rícottá untíl smooth.
Whísk ín the eggs, one át á tíme.
ádd the stevíá, one táblespoon át á tíme.
